Former GE Executive Headlines Program on Reputation Management
Jan Smith, principal of Castle Rock Ranch Group, LLC will speak on reputation management — how to build it, promote it and protect it – discussing real-life examples and how to apply lessons learned from them to the reputation of your own organization or business.
Jan served as GE Energy's director of communications and public affairs, acting as the company's spokeswoman and leading a global team responsible for internal communications, media relations and public affairs. She also was director of communications for GE Infrastructure, supporting the company's vice chairman and seven of its leading industrial businesses.
Over her career Jan has gained extensive leadership, influence, communication, training, human resource management and organization effectiveness/assessment experiences and expertise. She is known as highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic while being a strategic thinker who stimulates change and invigorates others.
